Classic Vanilla Sponge, made using Madagascan Vanilla, filled with Vanilla buttercream and Strawberry Preserve.

Lemon Cake, Zesty lemon sponge which has been drizzled with my homemade lemon syrup to give it an extra zing of lemon, and filled with Lemon buttercream or Vanilla if you don't want to Lemon.

Chocolate Cake, this lovely moist and very chocolatey! Can be filled with Vanilla buttercream, Salted Caramel buttercream or Chocolate buttercream for the chocoholics amongst us!

Cookies 'n' Cream, Vanilla cake with crumbled Oreo's in the cake mixture, filled with Cream Cheese buttercream, perfect for Oreo Lovers!

Chocolate Variants, Chocolate Orange Marble Cake or Chocolate & Mint Cake

Carrot Cake, Beautiful light carrot cake baked with grated carrots of course! This can be paired with an orange buttercream or Cream Cheese buttercream.

Due to the moisture content this is only suitable as a single tier or kitchen cake.

Mango & Passion fruit Cake, It's like the Classic Vanilla Sponge only that it has been infused with the flavours of mango & passion fruit, paired with Vanilla buttercream and Mango and Passion fruit coulis. To give it that Tropical vibe!
